Hey, everyone! It was brought to our attention earlier this week that the powers that be at Substack are perfectly fine allowing certain hate groups to have a voice and platform there. We do not want to associate with that kind of rhetoric, as it is not only diametrically opposed to our personal beliefs, it is also a rhetoric that threatens to alienate and abandon a portion of our readers. All are welcome here. Hate speech is not.
As an independent publishing imprint, we get to choose who and what we support. What is right is not always easy, and we recognize that many of our 30 subscribers may choose to disengage with us. That is 100% okay, and we support you. We will still follow you on Substack, but we are choosing not to have our voice located in a space that may alienate some of our target readers and audience. We love you and hope you continue to support us in this new space.

This space will be dedicated to discussing reader trends (with polls), current fiction you should be reading, and the aspects of indie publishing. C.N.
