In D&D (and other tabletop games), sometimes the most memorable moments aren’t the victories, they’re the spectacular failures. The natural 1s that end in chaos. The “shouldn’t have worked but did” moments that become instant legends at the table.
So tell me: what’s your most unforgettable dice roll? Was it triumphant? Disastrous? Hilarious?
I’ll go first: I once rolled a nat 1 on what should have been a dramatic acrobatics check. Instead of striking rescuing my companion, my fighter tripped over her companion’s body and rolled off about 10-feet. The table laughed for a good 5 straight minutes, and honestly, it was better than success.
Your turn. 🎲
